Fred Beranek

Dr. Beranek is an executive consultant with almost 40 years of experience within the governmental nuclear industry. Past positions include Manager of Nuclear Safety and Plant Engineering for URS, the first Director of Operations for Westinghouse Safety Management Solutions, and Chief Engineer of Westinghouse and Dupont Savannah River Site. He has a PhD from the University of Wisconsin.

Wesley Bratton, Ph.D.

Dr. Wesley Bratton has broad experience in the design and deployment of environmental sensing and sampling systems associated with characterization of radioactive and hazardous wastes. Dr. Bratton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a PhD in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. Dr. Bratton is also a Registered Professional Engineer, Civil Branch, in the State of Washington. Dr. Bratton has been awarded five patents and published over fifty technical reports and peer-reviewed papers in various publications.

Dr. DiSibio was previously CEO and Chairman of Kurion, Inc. and a board member of Quantas Services and Conti Construction. He serves on the Department of Energy Secretary’s Nuclear Energy Advisory Council. Prior Experience includes President of Washington Group Energy and Environment, President of Parsons Government Services, and President of the Westinghouse Hanford Company.

Phillip Ohl

He was previously a Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer for European operations for Kurion Ltd., President and CEO of Vista Engineering and Technologies Inc., and Management / Engineering Service for Westinghouse Government Services and Lockheed Martin. He holds engineering and Master’s degrees from Washington State University and an Advanced Management Certificate from MIT.

Lucien Papouchado, Ph.D.

Lucien Papouchado

Dr. Papouchado was the Director of the High Level Waste Program at Savannah River National Lab. He has worked as a High Level Waste Chemist, Operations Program Manager, and Defense Waste Project Manager for Westinghouse Savannah River Company. He has given a number of presentations to the National Academy of Science. He holds a PhD in chemistry from the University of Kansas.

He holds a BSME from the University of Rhode Island, MLS from Eastern Michigan University and Advanced Management from Duke University.
